Photos don’t lie

I know I’ve talked about it before, but I’m going to touch on it again today.  Tracking your progress.  When I recommited myself to CrossFit January 1 I took a picture.  Well, it’s been 30 days so I thought it appropriate to take another photo.  I know I’ve lost weight, I know my pants are fitting differently, but how  would my picture compare.  I’ve even shocked myself with these.  30 days of CrossFit + Paleo Zone + Advocare = great results!
