Today one our morning members made my day by sporting a ‘what would kate do?’ shirt. It’s moments like this that make me realize why I wake up at 4am Mon-Fri, impacting people’s lives.
In the past 3 years I have lost 85lbs, gained a self confidence that I didn’t know I had, learned to push myself past points of pain, increased my mental focus and lost most, not all, but most of my fear of failure. Now 3 years later I get to coach others through that experience. I get teary eyed just thinking about the position and opportunity I have to impact people’s lives.
For that I say THANK YOU to all of the CFCleveland members for trusting me to guide you through this amazing experience. It is my goal everyday live up to that trust.
On the minute to failure
1st min-1 squat clean (85lb)
2nd min-3 squat cleans
3rd min-5 squat cleans And so on adding 2 each minute to failure…then start over at 1 with front squats
1st min-1 front squat (85lb)
2nd min-3 front squats
3rd min-5 front squats And so on adding 2 each minute to failure….then start over at squat cleans til failure then back to front squats 20min cap
1st round Squat cleans: 1-3-5-7-9-11-9
1st round Front Squats: 1-3-5-7-1-13-3
2nd round Squat cleans: 1-3-5-7-6
2nd round Front squat: 1
