Anyone have a bubble?

With The 2010 CrossFit Games just 3 weeks away you start to think you should live in a bubble.  The goals is to  maintain all the hard work you’ve already put in without getting hurt.  Talk about having your dreams dashed if you walk off a curb and sprain an ankle, sleep wrong and kink your neck or some other ridiculous injury that has nothing to do with woding.  So I make jokes about living in a bubble, but it’s pretty much a half joke.  If you have a bubble pass it this way.

20 sec deadlifts @ 70% 1 rpm 40 sec rest

20 sec burpees, 40 sec rest
