Fight lactic acid

I recently connected with a great supplement company….Sportlegs.

What is Sportlegs?  It is an anti-lactic acid supplement that not only allows you to keep moving longer, but decreases the amount of aftermath you’ll feel.  Who wouldn’t love that?

I know I’ve been using it for a month now and am really happy with the results.  One of the biggest things that has allowed me to hit workouts hard day after day is recovery.  Sportlegs has allowed for a much quicker recovery leading to more workouts with better intensity.

I’m finding it particularly useful now that all I can do is bike.  I’m tackling the new sport of cycling as its the only thing I can do with my back.  I’m finding a whole new type of fitness that I clearly need to improve as its hard. ha!  I thought I was in pretty good shape, but working in a whole new sport you find a whole different kind of ‘in shape’.

  1. I’ve been using Sportlegs for for over a year now and still feel the effects of use since the first time I used it. Granted I only use it on those days that I’m training (maybe that should be everyday??). I’m curious if there is a tolerance that is built up over time in some users more than others?

  3. Does this product only limit the lactic acid build up in your legs? Or overall body?

    My main issue is soreness in my shoulders and back that limits how many hard workouts I have per week.
