I’m finally feeling like I’m Back. Well at least more back than I’ve been in 14 weeks. Why? I practiced some olympic lifts this week, and hit some pretty decent numbers.

Not too shabby for taking 14 weeks of 100% rest. I’m finally feeling that I didn’t lose everything I’ve worked so hard to get. I’ve also managed to string 6 butterfly kips together this week. I know it’s not a lot, but 14 weeks ago pre-injury rest time I had zero.
It’ll be a slow few months as I ease back into working out, but I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in months about my recovery! Beast of the east here I come!
