After 14 weeks of 100% rest due to a stress fracture in my L5 I have started a 31 day Fat Loss Challenge with FINALLY working out again. I will chronicle my food, sleep, stress, wod, etc here so you can follow me along this process. And yes, I’ll count the days backwards. Counting down makes me feel like I’m making headway.
5:00am 16 oz black coffee
9:00am 3 Hang Power Cleans on the min for 15 min, increase weight every 5 min (85/115/135)
11:00am 6 oz chicken over 3 cups mixed greens with 3 tbsp avocado
1:00pm 4 eggs, 6 strips turkey bacon, 15 almonds
