Last week I tackled sectional WOD 11.1 It was like putting splinters under my finger nails seeing this WOD and having to sit on the sidelines, so I was anxious to give this one a go. I hit it as WOD 2 after my come back.
I know I’m not working at 100% so I was shooting for 5 rounds, hit 5 full rounds and got 7 snatches into my 6th. I was happy to see I haven’t completely lost everything I’ve worked so hard to gain. See for yourself
