    I was wondering what you recommend for increasing dead hang pullups. I can do about 5-6. Also, recommendations for handstands (I know in the past you’ve recommended extreme ROM using paralettes, I think you said everyday 3 sets of 10? I can’t remember. ) I think you posted a video so if you could link that it would be great. Finally, tips for increasing # of ring dips. I can do about 5 so for workouts with more, I have to use a mini band. Thank you.
