Sidewalks & Snatches

Coca went mobile this morning….

I knew I was going to be away from Coca for 3 full days in a hotel that would most likely provide little to no useful equipment.  How did I handle that?  I brought my own.  That’s right, I packed my own barbells and bumpers.

This morning I knew that I was going to do a Squat Snatch/HSPU wod, I just had to find a place.  At 5:30am this morning I did a few laps around the hotel and I found it….a perfect little alley.  Just enough room to snatch and a brick wall.

The funniest thing…. a fellow crossfitter was out running and heard the dropping of the barbell and like a dog whistle came running.  We both got a good laugh out of it.
