Today is less about me and my thoughts, but more about asking for your help. I’ve recently had a young woman start at Coca CrossFit that is very open about her Lupus. It can flare up on some days, mostly in her hands, but it does affect all of her joints.
Have you ever coached an athlete with Lupus?
How do you help them recover?
How do you modify when they have flare ups?
Any advice, guidance, counsel would be helpful for both me and my athlete. One thing I know about myself, is that I don’t know it all. Maybe you can help me learn.
