It’s hard to believe the 2013 CrossFit Games Open starts in a short 49 days. The big question I get right now….. will you be competing? Shooting for The Games?
What does that mean? That means that being 4 months from a micro fracture in my right knee I’m training at 80% already, but 80% is NOT 100% and the field is competitive. I have no dissolution that my training as been perfect, but it’s been as perfect as it can be withe body I’ve got right now.
I LOVE training to compete, but not at the expense of my health. I will be doing the open, and I will give it my all. I will be as ready as I can be and the rest will fall where it will fall.
