Hey KAte,
This is GAurav from India. A crossfitter my self since the last six months only.
I am on your facebook list and just wanted you to know that you’ve been a big inspiration when it comes to crossfitting here.
Take care
Gaurav,
Congrats on joining the revolution, it is one that you wont regret. Keep doing work!
Dear Kate,
You always inspire me.
GAURAV
Just wanted to say Hi let you know I was here. I somehow wandered here from the Crossfit pages, I just recently discovered CF myself and curiously reading the updates on Facebook and learning what it is all about. I enjoyed reading your page and learning that you were actually at the games, which I think is amazing! Well beyond the reaches of most mortals. Congratulations and much success.
Kate,
I just wanted to say that I heard about the open house today. Daniel says it really ROCKS! You continue to be an unbelievable inspiration to me every day. I read everything that you post!
I will be out there next week and hope to make it by to see you!
In passing on a bit of my success and let you know what you have helped me achieve, you can go to http://www.Grahamfit.com and check out the testimonials! I have finally allowed pictures to be taken. I am down 140 lbs now with 80 to go and I feel so much better than I have in years…..lots of years!
It will take awhile before I can get fully into CrossFit although Graham Fitness is building the new Graham CrossFit exactly .7 miles straight down my street. Sorry but 2300 miles is a bit of a commute or I would come there!
God Bless you dear! Keep up the amazing work you do!

Kate,
I’ve started a blog examining different cubicle behaviors for the productivity freak and office athlete. I’ve some questions about how you have marketed your blog and learn from you a little. I was unable to find an email address on your site but if you contacted me at cubesapien@gmail.com we could get a dialogue going. Thanks!
