Coca CrossFit was established in October 2010 by Kate ‘killer’ Rawlings, founder, head coach, an experienced CrossFit Games competitor and currently a professional CrossFit athlete. Ever since then we have been building an amazing, supportive community where everyone is welcome and accepted exactly as they are. Our mission is ‘REAL PEOPLE DOING REAL WORK‘ TO ACHIEVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS.
Coca CrossFit is not about being better than everyone else; it is about being better than you were yesterday. By combining all aspects of strength and conditioning, we are improving people’s lives one workout at a time.
At Coca CrossFit, members can expect an established schedule of classes run by CrossFit Certified coaches. Each member receives instruction on proper movement(s), as well as ongoing monitoring of personal progress. In a welcoming environment, members will be encouraged to maximize physical effort to increase their functional fitness. Attention will be focused on each member’s skill level to assist them with proper completion of the Workout of the Day (WOD). Members can expect to experience improved functional fitness while developing a friendly camaraderie with fellow members. Members usually experience a heightened sense of personal success and self-confidence. Members routinely experience significant stress relief and an increased ability to address the challenges of their personal life. Follow the links below to learn more.
